About the Role

IDOM India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced professionals with expertise in engineering projects for power generation plants and water/desalination plants. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Power T&D; engineering and proven experience in both basic and detailed engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on Power T&D; team to coordinate Electromechanical designs of EHV and HV Substations at international level.
- Perform basic and detailed engineering tasks.
- Design of Substations higher than 220 kV mainly for Transmission or Distribution System Operators.
- EM Coordinator of EHV/ HV Substations and Grid Project Manager
- Review supplier documentation and manage vendor development.




- Ensure compliance with project standards and maintain technical rigor.
- Support of internal development of business unit / teams projects.

Candidate Profile

- Education: Higher Degree in Electrical Engineering..
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Electromechanical design of Substations higher than 220 kV mainly for Transmission or Distribution System Operators.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written). Others languages are valuable as Spanish, French, Arabic or Chinese.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Self-driven, innovative, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to coordinate the EM discipline, good communications skills, autonomy and flexibility.
- International mobility.
