Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Innovation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, startup assessment, and ecosystem enablement. The Innovation Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and supporting innovative startups, managing incubation programs, and fostering a supportive ecosystem for entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement streamlined startup pipelines for productive evaluation by committees.
- Write proposals and secure government grants for startup initiatives.
- Design and execute incubation programs to support early-stage startups.
- Create and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve internal operational efficiency.




- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple positions within the organization.
- Track and guide early-stage startups through regular office hours and mentorship sessions.
- Establish and oversee prototyping labs to support startup development.
- Engage with investors, mentors, experts, and vendors to provide comprehensive support for startups.
- Forge partnerships with service providers, stakeholders, and ecosystem enablers.
- Represent the organization at conferences and forums to enhance visibility and promote initiatives.
- Organize bootcamps, challenges, hackathons, and events to foster innovation and collaboration.
