Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations supporting Advantages, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll processes.
- Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connector (CCB/CCT), Document Transformation (DT), and PECI.
- Build and support API-based integrations and interface logic between Workday and external systems.
- Support data mapping, data migration, reconciliation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities for Workday integration solutions.
- Participate in testing, technical documentation, and end-to-end delivery of integration components.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connector, PECI, and Document Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll-related integrations.
- Experience in API integration development and strong proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and API authentication.
- Understanding of Workday Reporting (Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, RaaS).
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues and working in Agile/Kanban environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
