We are looking for a Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform across business functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in Salesforce administration, business analysis, process automation, stakeholder management, and system integrations. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, supporting users, improving CRM processes, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and productive solutions.

Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or Techno-Functional Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Administration and CRM processes.
- Experience with User Management, Profiles, Roles,



Permission Sets, and Security Model.
- Hands-on experience with Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Flows, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Knowledge of Lead, Opportunity, Case, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certifications are preferred.
