Job Summary

LTI Mindtree is looking for an experienced AEP Architect with 10+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.

The candidate will be responsible for defining enterprise-level architecture, translating complex business requirements into scalable Adobe solutions, driving integrations across Adobe and third-party platforms, and providing technical leadership to development teams.

Core Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions aligned with enterprise business and technology requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solution blueprints.
- Define architecture for customer data ingestion, transformation, governance, segmentation, activation, and analytics.
- Provide technical leadership across AEP implementation and integration initiatives.
- Establish architecture standards, design principles, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Oversee Adobe Experience Platform implementations and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
- Design integrations between AEP and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and related platforms.
- Integrate Adobe solutions with third-party enterprise systems such as CRM, commerce, data platforms, and marketing technologies.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and development teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews,



technical design reviews, and code/design quality assessments.
- Mentor development and implementation teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions follow appropriate security, privacy, data governance, and coding standards.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support troubleshooting of complex production and integration issues.
- Prepare architecture documents, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
