Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Manage the development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of products that meet quality standards.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Robust understanding of business analysis principles and ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience working with Business Application Studio (BAS) tools for developing custom applications.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects using Agile methodologies.
