Position Overview

- Direct Reportees: 4 Subordinates (2 dedicated to Banking & FEMA Compliance; 2 dedicated to International Subsidiaries Finalization)
- Location: Kasarwadi, Pune

Role Summary

The Manager – ACS will lead critical financial control, treasury, audit, and global accounting compliance functions for the Group. This position carries end-to-end operational responsibility for Group Banking operations, international regulatory compliance (FEMA & Export guidelines), financial finalization of foreign subsidiaries, audit readiness for the flagship entity (FMPL), and managing credit rating engagements with agencies like CRISIL.

Key Responsibilities & KRA Breakdown

1. Group Treasury & Banking Management (FEMA & Exports)

- Group Banking Oversight: Manage overall banking relationships, working capital facilities, fund/non-fund based limits, letter of credits (LC), bank guarantees (BG), and daily treasury cash flows for the Group.
- Export & FEMA Regulatory Compliance: Lead the review and monitoring of export transactions, foreign currency inflows/outflows, EDPMS/IDPMS reconciliation, bank realization certificates (e-BRC), and outward remittances under FEMA guidelines.
- Team Supervision: Guide and manage 2 direct reportees handling day-to-day banking transactions, export documentation, foreign exchange hedging,



and bank reconciliations.

2. Finalization of International Subsidiaries

- Global Entity Accounting: Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts finalization for 3 international subsidiaries directly from the India headquarters.
- Intercompany & Transfer Pricing: Ensure smooth intercompany reconciliations, transfer pricing documentation, and foreign currency translation gains/losses per accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / Local GAAP).
- Taxation & Compliance: Coordinate foreign tax filings, statutory returns, and regulatory filings for foreign entities in liaison with overseas consultants and local auditors.
- Team Supervision: Lead 2 direct reportees dedicated to managing subsidiary books, ledger scrubs, and financial statement consolidation.

3. Audit Support for Flagship Entity (FMPL)

- Statutory & Internal Audits: Serve as the central point of contact for Big 4 / Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, and Tax Auditors for the flagship entity (Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd. / FMPL).
- Schedules & Disclosures: Prepare and review audit schedules, financial disclosures, notes to accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure zero-observation audit cycles.




- Internal Financial Controls (IFC): Maintain robust internal accounting controls, process documentation, and compliance frameworks to meet statutory requirements.

4. Credit Rating & External Governance (CRISIL)

- Credit Rating Management: Spearhead the end-to-end annual and surveillance credit rating process with CRISIL and other rating agencies.
- Data Preparation & Presentations: Collate financial projections, debt profile analyses, liquidity statements, and operational performance metrics required for rating evaluations.
- Ratios & Covenants Monitoring: Track financial covenants, leverage ratios, and debt servicing coverage to ensure the Group maintains favorable credit ratings.

Required Competencies & Qualifications

Technical & Functional Skills

- Accounting Standards: Deep knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Schedule III, and Indian Companies Act, 2013.
- Foreign Exchange & FEMA: Hands-on experience with RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, export-import banking, EDPMS, and forex risk management.
- Audit & Rating Management: Direct experience in managing complex statutory audits and credit rating submissions (CRISIL, ICRA, CARE).
- ERP Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of enterprise ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
