Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and analyze costs for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as rate analysis, tender estimation, and bill of quantities preparation.
- Ensure accurate costing and budgeting for projects by analyzing rates from various sources.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
- Provide timely updates on project progress and budgets to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-4 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field (freshers welcome).
- Robust understanding of BBS, BoQ preparation, cost estimation, costing, QS principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate rate analysis and quantity estimation.
