Role Overview:

Artech is looking for a client-focused Operations Credit Analyst to provide ongoing operational support across our clients' credit card and loan programmes. This includes Credit Decisioning, Credit Reference Agency (CRA) integrations, and Collections.

You will be a trusted point of contact for clients, helping them get the most out of their credit programmes, resolving issues, and providing accurate, timely advice on configuration and usage. Success in this role depends on strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with credit card and loan programmes and understands the operational services that make them run smoothly and thrives on delivering an exceptional client experience.

Skills & Experience Needed:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an operational role, with exposure to credit card or loan programmes and related services (Credit Decisioning, Credit Reference Agencies, Collections)
- A track record of strong client-facing support and relationship management
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently, under pressure, and across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Fluency in English
- University degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience

Technical Responsibilities of the Role:

- Act as the trusted point of contact for clients' ongoing credit card processing services
- Support technical queries that your clients portfolio raise Managing clients expectations
- Point of escalation for clients during issue and incident management
- Being able to speak with clients and colleagues of all seniorities to resolve issues and deliver requests
- Respond quickly and accurately to client queries, providing clear and correct information
- Provide clients with informed, practical advice on technical queries and or configuration requests
- Quality & Controls
- Comprehensive, accurate and continually updated client specific project plans
- Precisely captured client requirements and configuration
- Ensure all documentation produced is of a high quality, is transparent, concise, and can be understood by colleagues, clients, and third parties
- Ownership of any client issues to successful closure, tracking follow up where handed over to colleagues
- Product Knowledge
- Precisely capture and document client requirements and configuration details to hand over to our Implementations team
- Produce documentation that is clear, concise, and easily understood by clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Take ownership of client issues through to resolution, tracking any items handed off to other teams
- Develop deep expertise in Credit Decisioning, CRA integrations, and Collections
- Build broader knowledge of the fintech product suite beyond your core VAS focus
- Stay current on innovation and trends in the card and payments industry
