Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 516 years of overall experience and strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology. The candidate should have proven experience in independently managing and executing end-to-end SAP projects, from initiation and planning through implementation, Go-Live, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage end-to-end SAP projects from initiation through Go-Live and hypercare.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology across project planning and execution.
- Manage project phases including Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Lead and coordinate SAP functional, technical, business, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and action items.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communication.
- Manage SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Manage vendors, partners, and cross-functional project teams.




- Facilitate business and technical workshops and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Identify project challenges and independently drive appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, governance documents, and other project deliverables.

Mandatory Skills

- 516 years of overall IT/SAP experience.
- Strong experience as an SAP Project Manager / SAP Delivery Manager.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Proven experience executing end-to-end SAP projects independently.
- Experience managing SAP projects from planning through implementation, Go-Live, and hypercare.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, or transformation projects.
- Solid project planning, governance, risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management experience.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
- Large-scale SAP implementation or rollout experience.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in SAP cutover and Go-Live management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is preferred.
