Head the Engineering & Maintenance operations of the mall.
Manage the technical operations, maintenance, and upkeep of mall equipment and assets.
Ensure smooth functioning and preventive maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Civil systems
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering/maintenance leadership role.
Experience in Hotels, Malls, Hospitality, Commercial Buildings, or similar industries preferred.
