- Optimize HR operations, employee relations & strategy across diverse geographical regions of Asia Pacific (Australia & Singapore Mandatory)
- Proven track record in people management, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving employee engagement initiatives
- Align HR practices with organizational goals to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness. Hands on experience in Performance Management, Rewards & recognition, HR Analytics, HR operations, other gamut of HR
- Support global leaders across multiple countries, ensuring adherence to international labour regulations and organizational policies
- Manage performance cycles, global mobility cases, and cross-cultural employee relations matters
- Coach leaders on talent development, performance improvement, and HR policies
- Lead HR process standardization and compliance across regions
- Support capability development through structured training and learning programs

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory experience: Country based compliance-Australia & Singapore

Valuable understanding of Country Payroll

8+ years in BPHR role
