Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using Agilent tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy insurance products and services.
- Develop robust relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Identify areas of risk within the organization's operations and work to mitigate them through data analysis.
Job Requirements :
- 9-20 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business problems using analytics software such as Excel or SQL.
