Role & responsibilities

Manages the manpower planning & shift rostering as per the load projections and productivity targets.Ensures compliance with SOPs, facility 5S and overall facility upkeep.
Monitors vehicle connections, availability and ensures timely unloading/loading of vehicles. (metrics)
Maintain service levels and ensure performance metrics are met.
Facilitate communication and coordination with different teams (such as INV/ IB/ OB / Putaway/ Returns.)
Driving the metrics in their respective functions (inbound operations, outbound operations, floor operations, quality metrics, and other warehouse metrics).
Maintains employee morale and safety on the floor; mentors and works toward capability building for team members
Continuously explores process improvement opportunities and drives them to closure.
Implement industry best practices of shop floor management - Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.

Preferred candidate profile

SHould have worked in Warehouse minimum 3 Years of Work experience.
