We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage the construction of gated community apartments. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, project coordination, and ensuring timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to construction standards.
- Manage labor workforce and subcontractors effectively.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare progress reports, material requirements, and site documentation.
- Monitor project costs and minimize wastage of materials.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in residential apartment or gated community projects.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project monitoring tools.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
