Job Summary

Team Computers is looking for an experienced Project Manager to independently manage and deliver enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and exposure to enterprise applications such as ERP, Salesforce, Business Intelligence (BI), or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage and deliver multiple projects from initiation to closure.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear documentation and communication.
- Ensure effective resource planning and utilization across projects.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive project governance, processes,



and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1215 years of overall professional experience in project management.
- Proven experience in independently managing at least 4 projects.
- Experience in managing enterprise-level technology projects.
- Preferred domain exposure in ERP, Salesforce, Business Intelligence (BI), or related enterprise applications.
- Robust understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
