Role & responsibilities

- As a project management team, to take over the contract from Marketing and act as a focal point of contact for all communications with the international clients.
- Organizing kick-off meetings, weekly meetings and interface meetings and closure .
- Streamlining of Sub Contracting activities.
- Identification of own development training.
- Ensure building good customer relationship.
- Customer satisfaction - A rating of at least ""4"" should be secured on scale 1-5.
- Ensure timely submission of commercial documents.
- Ensure timely submission of Weekly and Monthly report.
- Ensure timely updating of data in SAP .
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints/doubts.
- Ensure production and delivery on time against respective order.
- Effective Internal departmental co-ordination like Marketing , PPC and Logistics for Costing.
- Efficient co-ordination with customer.
- Tracking of ongoing Project Development
- Tracking of special Project Development.
