Job Description Planning & QS / Site Coordination

Role & Responsibilities

- Plan and assign daily work to supervisors and monitor timely completion.
- Conduct weekly project review meetings to track quality, progress, and schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure work is completed as per plan.
- Monitor site quality, identify defects, and issue NCRs for corrective action.
- Maintain activity-wise checklists and ensure quality during flat handover.
- Prepare technical, progress, and engineering reports.
- Prepare and review material requirements, reinforcement details, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Coordinate and execute structural works including podium slab,



shear wall, and slab reinforcement checks.
- Monitor site execution and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience

Relevant experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction projects preferred.
