Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience customizing, integrating, and automating processes across the Zoho ecosystem including Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
• Design and implement *workflows, automation, custom functions, and business processes.
• Develop solutions using *Deluge scripting.
• Work with Zoho applications including: Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho books
• Integrate Zoho applications with internal and third-party systems.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into effective Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Optimize existing workflows and automation processes.
• Explore and implement *AI tools to improve development, automation, documentation,



and productivity.

Required Skills
• 25 years of hands-on experience as a *Zoho Developer.
• Strong experience with *Zoho CRM.
• Hands on experience *Deluge scripting.
• Strong understanding of *Zoho workflows and automation.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books
• Understanding of APIs and application integrations.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge to prepare SOW and Blueprints
• Ability to understand requirements and work independently.
• Hands-on exposure with AI productivity/development tools
such as: Claude , Google Gemini ,ChatGPT and Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Certifications
• Candidate must have 1–2 Zoho product certifications. (Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory
Zoho Projects Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books)
