Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and technically confident Sales Specialist to lead product demonstrations, sales,and deal closures for our Intraoral Scanner portfolio. The role combines clinical understanding with consultative selling you will engage directly with dentists, labs, and institutions to demonstrate value,recommend the right solutions, and own the complete sales cycle from lead to closure.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live product demonstrations of intraoral scanners for clinicians, dental laboratories, and academic/institutional clients
• Own and manage the complete sales cycle lead generation, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closure
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships; act as a trusted advisor on digital dentistry solutions
• Recommend appropriate product configurations and solutions based on client needs and clinical workflows
• Support post-sale onboarding, including basic product training and handholding for new users




• Represent the company at dental conferences, exhibitions, CDE programs, and industry events
• Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and sales pipeline; share regular reports with the reporting manager
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to support pricing and positioning decisions Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

• BDS with 2+ years of clinical experience, OR
• Any graduate with relevant experience in medical/dental device sales or product specialist roles Preferred
• Background in scan technology, CAD/CAM, or digital dentistry
• Prior experience selling capital equipment or high-value dental/medical devices Skills & Attributes
• Strong communication, presentation, and demonstration skills
• Consultative selling approach with a target-driven mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively for demos, client meetings, and events
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
