Job Summary

We are looking for a Hiring Specialist / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, skilled, supervisory and corporate positions across retail outlets, production units, kitchens, warehouses and support functions.

The role requires strong sourcing capability, high-volume hiring experience and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while maintaining candidate quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage approved manpower requirements and maintain a live vacancy tracker.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, consultants, local agencies, colleges, ITIs, WhatsApp groups and walk-in drives.
- Handle high-volume recruitment for sales staff, cashiers, helpers, packing staff, housekeeping, drivers and warehouse employees.
- Recruit skilled food-industry manpower including sweet masters, halwais, cooks, chefs, bakers, pastry chefs and production staff.
- Recruit supervisors, outlet managers and corporate/support functions.
- Conduct telephonic screening and preliminary HR interviews.
- Assess candidate experience, salary, notice period, location, stability and job suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and trade tests with hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiation, offer release and joining follow-up.
- Improve offer-to-joining conversion and reduce candidate no-shows.
- Maintain backup candidates for critical positions.
- Plan recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring and mass-hiring activities.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring positions.
- Manage recruitment consultants and track vendor performance.
- Coordinate background verification where required.




- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment MIS.

Experience Parameters

Candidates should preferably have:

- 2–6 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Experience in high-volume or frontline hiring
- Exposure to multi-location recruitment
- Strong experience using job portals and recruitment databases
- Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Good understanding of salary negotiation and offer management
- Experience recruiting blue-collar, frontline, skilled or retail manpower preferred
- Strong Excel and recruitment MIS skills
