About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team and manage both bulk and niche hiring across multiple functions and levels.

The ideal candidate should be strong in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and closure, with the ability to handle high-volume hiring while also identifying and attracting specialized talent for niche positions. The candidate will also have 1-2 years of team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Hiring

Manage high-volume recruitment for Sales, Operations, Academic and other business functions.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Conduct regular recruitment drives, walk-ins, referral campaigns and other hiring initiatives.

Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure quick turnaround on bulk requirements.

Track recruitment metrics including profiles sourced, interviews, selections, offers and joining ratios.

Niche & Specialized Hiring

Handle niche and specialized positions across various functions and levels.

Understand complex job requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.

Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and other channels.

Build and maintain talent pools for hard-to-fill positions.

Manage senior and critical hiring requirements with a strong focus on quality of hire.

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle

Source, screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Manage offer discussions, negotiations and candidate closures.

Drive pre-joining engagement and ensure maximum joining conversion.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and update the ATS regularly.

Stakeholder Management





Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements.

Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide updates on recruitment progress.

Set realistic hiring timelines and proactively highlight challenges or bottlenecks.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.

Recruitment Strategy & Analytics

Identify the most effective sourcing channels for different hiring requirements.

Analyse recruitment data to improve sourcing and conversion ratios.

Monitor key recruitment metrics such as:

Time to Hire

Cost per Hire

Source-wise conversion

Interview-to-selection ratio

Offer-to-joining ratio

Hiring TAT

Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in bulk and niche hiring.

Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, etc.

Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good negotiation and candidate closure skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.

Experience working on an ATS/Recruitment Management System is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

57 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with 1-2 years of team management experience

Experience in EdTech, Education, Retail, BPO, BFSI, Telecom or other high-volume hiring environments will be an advantage.

Proven track record of successfully handling both bulk and niche mandates.

Should be comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously.

Highly organised, proactive and target-oriented.
