Position: Trainee Business Analyst

Looking for enthusiastic and analytical fresh graduates (B.Tech / BE (Any Branch); BCA / MCA; BSc & Diploma in Engineering (Any Branch) to join our Business Analysis team. The selected candidates will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Sales, and customers to understand business requirements, document solutions, and support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gather and understand customer business requirements.
- Assist in requirement analysis and documentation.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and workflow documentation.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement gathering sessions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution implementation.
- Prepare project reports and presentation materials.
- Support testing, UAT, and documentation activities.
- Learn Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions.

Required Skills (Preferably)

- Valuable written and verbal communication.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
