Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and CRM application validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Playwright automation, Pega CRM testing, and basic SQL for data validation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through robust testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Playwright Automation

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Create scalable automation frameworks for web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement end-to-end, regression, smoke, and functional test automation.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze automation results and troubleshoot test failures.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to identify automation opportunities.

Pega CRM Testing

- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for Pega CRM applications.
- Validate Pega workflows, business rules, case management, and customer service processes.
- Review business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Conduct defect tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Work closely with business analysts, Pega developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Verify integrations between Pega CRM and external systems.

SQL Validation





- Execute basic SQL queries for backend data validation.
- Verify data integrity between UI and database.
- Perform CRUD operation validation and data reconciliation.
- Analyze database records to support testing activities and defect investigation.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of Software Testing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
- Experience in JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation.
- Hands-on testing experience in Pega CRM applications.
- Good understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Management.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and test support.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with API testing using Postman or Playwright API testing.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Understanding of performance and security testing concepts.
- Pega certification or testing certification is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
