Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter with Life Sciences recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the US staffing ecosystem, Life Sciences domain, and proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US recruitment for Life Sciences roles.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates as per client requirements.
- Handle recruitment across areas such as Pharma, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Medical Devices, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.
- Develop strong understanding of US market trends, hiring practices, job portals, and recruitment processes.
- Work with hiring managers/clients to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups, negotiations, and coordination through the offer and onboarding stages.
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Mandatory experience in Life Sciences recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing/recruitment market.
- Experience working on US shifts and handling US-based clients/candidates.
- Strong sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven recruitment environment.
