Roles and Responsibilities

1. Heading the plant production department.

2. Maintain close coordination with central planning team (domestic + export production) and purchase team.

3. Plan wise line allocation,materials &manpower; planning (Month wise / day wise).

4. RM/PM Availability tracking along with Wastage monitoring and control.

5. Maintain proper coordination with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and Warehouse team.

6. Lead the JH pillar of plant TPM activities.

7. Report to GM (Plant Operations).

8. Lead 7 nos. of Shift Executives (5 nos.-BE Mechanical & Chemical) and Supervisors (2 nos.-BA Pass).

9. Experienced in Balm lines (Auram, Shreeji), Oil lines (Rotopack,), Cream Pouch lines (Mespack, Rollatainers)

Lotion lines (Pacmac 6HD, 8HD, 10HD; Liquipack; Volumetric lines), etc.

10. Conduct workshops and shop floor drive for activities like 5S, Safety, GMPmaintenance.

11. Monitor operators absenteeism & OT

12. Maintain proper coordination with workers union.
