We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales and build strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent corporate business and achieve revenue targets.
- Acquire clients for Corporate Health Check-ups, Employee Wellness, OPD, Diagnostics, Teleconsultation, and Healthcare Programs.
- Build relationships with Corporate HRs, CHROs, CXOs, Insurance Companies, TPAs, and Insurance Brokers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account closure.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.




- Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM updates.

Requirements

- 5-10 years of Corporate B2B Sales experience.
- Preferred background in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Insurance, Wellness, Hospitals, or Employee Benefits.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Existing corporate network is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel across India.
