A Delhi-based company is hiring customer care advisor for a voice process.
Only graduates with a minimum of 1 year of similar exp. and with excellent communication skills can apply
salary upto 5.5 LPA + incentives,
shift timing - 9.00 am to 12.00 am (any 9 hours shift),
no cab, age upto - 32 years
5.5 days a week working.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer feedback.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
