Team leader - Settlement
Responsibilities:

Calculation of fund settlements of the Campaigns
Verifying international transactions via calls/emails
Resolving customer complaints/queries related to fund settlement
Any other task which management deems fit.
Resolving disputes and charge backs related to donations made

Daily risk analysis.
Requirements:

Good communication skills, both oral and written
Knowledge of MIS office with skill in MS Excel and MS Word
Dynamic and able to take initiatives
Ability to multitask
Must have excellent time management skills
Must have ability to work independently as well as in team
Qualification: Graduation preferred
