Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the M&A; team in identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, and negotiating deals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for acquired companies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate operations, manage cultural differences, and ensure successful transitions.
- Analyze financial performance data to inform decision-making on merger opportunities.
Job Requirements :
- 3.5-10 years of experience in management consulting or a related field.
- Robust understanding of mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) processes from start to finish.
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
