Executive Assistant Manager - Financial Services - Mumbai - 1+ Years

We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant Manager with 12 years of experience in financial services, consulting, corporate finance, or a related domain. The ideal candidate will be from a Tier-1 institution with strong financial planning and strategic planning capabilities and prior exposure to international clients. This role requires excellent communication, analytical skills, client management expertise, and the ability to work closely with the Business Head on critical business initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Supporting the Business Head in developing and executing strategic business plans and growth initiatives.
2. Analysing financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and business metrics to support decision-making.
3. Preparing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for key business initiatives.
4. Managing communication and coordination with international clients and senior stakeholders.
5. Preparing management presentations, financial reports, business reviews, and strategic insights.
6. Supporting consulting engagements through financial analysis, business research, and structured problem-solving.
7. Coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking strategic projects, priorities, and deliverables.
8. Monitoring business performance against financial and strategic objectives and identifying key opportunities.
9. Supporting the Business Head in client meetings, reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions.
10. Conducting market and competitor analysis to support business planning and growth initiatives.

Requirements

1. Possessing 12 years of experience in financial services, consulting, corporate finance, business strategy, investment banking, or related domains.
2.



Holding a graduate or postgraduate qualification from a Tier-1 college/institution.
3. Demonstrating strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
4. Having prior experience working with international clients or global stakeholders.
5. Possessing experience in client management, consulting, business analysis, or strategic projects.
6. Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
7. Possessing strong analytical, financial modelling, problem-solving, and business research capabilities.
8. Demonstrating strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Showing the ability to manage multiple priorities and work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
