Position: Assistant Manager- Digital Marketing

Experience: 3-6 years

Location - Jhandewalan, Delhi

Job Description:

- Develop, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising channels.
- Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to achieve business objectives while maximizing campaign efficiency and return on investment.
- Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and ad placements to improve key performance indicators.
- Research target audiences, industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant keywords to identify growth opportunities.
- Design and implement performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives and high-performing campaign assets.
- Measure campaign effectiveness; prepare performance dashboards, and present actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.




- Conduct experiments, including A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages, to enhance campaign results.
- Keep abreast of emerging digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.

Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in paid media management, preferably in a digital marketing agency, fintech, BFSI, or a similar industry.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and campaign attribution.
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
