- Provide strategic leadership to the University, ensuring academic excellence and growth.

- Oversee administrative functions, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the institution.

- Develop and implement policies that promote research productivity, student success, and faculty development.

- Represent the University at national and international forums to enhance its reputation.
- Ensure academic excellence through effective leadership, teaching research outcomes and quality assurance.
- Exhibit robust administrative skills for efficient governance, compliance, and institutional growth.

Eligibility & Criteria

1. The candidate should be holding the current designation of Vice Chancellor of a recognized University at the time of application, or should have prior experience of having served as Vice Chancellor of a recognized University.
2. The upper age limit should not be more than 56 years at the time of applying.
3. Eligibility criteria as per UGC norms.
