We are looking for an experienced US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with direct clients or implementation partners, strong sourcing skills, and a solid understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms, and visa classifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US recruitment (IT / Non-IT roles as per business need)

- Work on Direct Client / W2 / C2C / 1099 requirements

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, and references

- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews

- Validate candidate details including work authorization, visa status, and relocation preferences

- Negotiate pay rates, salary, and contract terms with candidates

- Submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors within defined TAT

- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US-based candidates

Required Skills

- Proven experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment





- Strong understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099

- Knowledge of US work visas: H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD, TN, etc.

- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter

- Strong Boolean search and sourcing techniques

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with Direct Clients or Tier-1 Vendors

- Knowledge of IT technologies and skill mapping

- Experience using ATS tools like Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.
