Experience

* 1–4 years of experience in recruitment.

* Candidates from BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, or Staffing/Recruitment Consultancy backgrounds will be preferred.

* Prior experience in sales hiring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.

* Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and source relevant candidates accordingly.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, job drives, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely interview feedback and closure.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

* Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.





* Ensure hiring timelines are met while maintaining quality of hires and a positive candidate experience.

* Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.

* Good understanding of sales hiring and recruitment processes.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

* Result-oriented with strong ownership and follow-up skills.

Preferred Profile

* Candidates should have a proactive approach, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently.

* Exposure to bulk hiring and field sales recruitment will be preferred.
