Role & responsibilities

Must Have:

Teams Bot Development

- Hands-on experience with Bot Framework v4
- Experience using Teams Toolkit (Agents Toolkit) to build & deploy Teams apps
- Strong experience with Adaptive Cards (v1.5+) for interactive UI (forms, approvals, workflows) Conversational AI & Teams Development

MCP Server Development

- Experience designing and writing MCP servers
- Ability to expose enterprise data, tools, and actions via MCP
- Strong understanding of API orchestration and context handling
- Experience integrating MCP servers with AI agents / copilots

Pro-Code Backend Engineering

- Robust coding skills in Node.js / Python / C# (or any MCP-supported language)
- Experience building REST APIs / microservices
- Knowledge of OAuth, Managed Identity, Entra ID

Azure & Integration

- Experience deploying services on Azure (App Service, Functions, APIs)
- Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph / enterprise systems
