Must Have Skills:

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI)
- Most recent experience in S/4 HANA Implementation / System Conversion /Landscape Transformation using AGILE/ SAP ACTIVATE methodology in Finance
- Demonstrated experience of successfully leading client workshops for Financial Accounting track during explore / build phase.
- Experience in building global template for finance.
- Proficiency in business process knowledge and configuration in S/4HANA for majority of the finance related processes
- General Ledger Accounting
- Receivables & Payable
- Asset accounting
- Electronic Bank Statements
- Tax Accounting
- Inter company matching and reconciliation

- Deep understanding of integration across financial and logistics processes, SAP and non-SAP applications
- Minimum two full lifecycle implementations / roll outs.
- Bachelor / Master's degree in finance related discipline is required with minimum 7 years of FICO experience

Nice to Have Skills:





- Understanding on SAP Best Practices and knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology
- Certified in SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Experience in execution of at least one of the projects related to Group Reporting, Revenue Accounting & Reporting, Central Finance, Closing Cockpit is preferred
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
- Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders
- Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging topics relating to Financial Accounting & Controlling with business users, business leads, IT leads
- Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams
- Knowledge of current features in SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, user experience using Fiori, S/4HANA conversion and per-requisites, S/4HANA simplification and business impact, SAP cloud platform
