- Organize, standardize, implement, maintain regular production processes in Cosmetic Production Department runs the appropriate standards of quality, time, Market survey and cost and in accordance with the results of the validation process when transfer knowledge between production.
- Monitoring, reviewing, evaluating, assessing regular production process in order to improve, the standard shorten production time and lowers the cost of production standards in Cosmetic Production Department with maintaining the quality of the products according to standards specified.
- Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.




- Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M; expenditures and work within the budget Authorization of test reports of chemical test, microbiological test and maintained the clients documentations.
- Development of recent formulation for cosmetic products as per client’s requirements.
- To engage the team in research and development of client for their required products. Make planning, follow up the quality and prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality report.
- Reviewing of all documents and records in the Quality Department like the BPR/BMR, IPQC, Bulk analysis and FG/RM/PM reports.
