Job Role (Summary): Lead Conversion Process • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls on Skin care/ cosmetology related queries . • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and convert the lead to a walkin for enquiry . ( lead closures) • Maintain call documentation and CRM updates • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Fresher Kannada , HINDI 16500 Take home

Guajarati / Marathi/ Bengali 19000 - 22000 Take home

Shift: Rotational Shift & 6 days working , 1 day Rotational weekoff Work Mode: Work from Office
