Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Gather, interpret, and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Prepare business requirement documents, process maps, and solution proposals.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Provide user support and assist in user training whenever required.
