Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage desktop support operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert-level assistance to end-users on Active Directory, including user account creation, password resets, and group membership management.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require coordination across multiple systems.
Job Requirements :
- 6-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust knowledge of Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in managing desktops using various operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
