•Overall IT experience in the range 8-10 years with minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Lead / Development SME role
•Direct experience of mobilising and managing technology in a Global Investment Banking setting
•Demonstrable experience of Continuous Delivery software development methods, including TDD and automated testing (including non-functional performance testing).
•Experience of working on high volume data integration and throughput requirements (profiling)
•Experience of micro service architecture
•Knowledge of UI / Dashboards is advantageous.
