Job Title: MIS Operations

Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Ahmedabad

Industry Preference: Manufacturing, preferably Chemical

Reporting To: MD and Head of Production

Key Responsibilities

1. Organize, consolidate, and maintain production and operational data.
2. Prepare and track production plans based on operational requirements.
3. Maintain KPI scorecards and monitor key production and operational metrics.
4. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards for the MD and Head of Production.
6. Highlight deviations from production plans and KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
7. Coordinate with production teams to collect and validate data and ensure accuracy.
8. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve analytics, reporting, and productivity.
9.



Identify opportunities to improve and automate MIS and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- BE/B.Tech in Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in MIS, production planning, operations analytics, or a similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing company preferred, ideally in the chemical industry.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Good understanding of production planning and KPIs.
- Ability to convert data into meaningful, actionable conclusions.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Robust communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
