AO is expanding and seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our remote team as Member Onboarding Associates.

In this role, youll work virtually with new and existing members, helping them understand available benefits, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and providing ongoing support.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and continued professional development to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

- Connect with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Welcome new members and explain the enrollment process
- Identify individual and family benefit needs
- Educate members about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Answer questions and explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms
- Assist eligible members with applications and enrollment
- Review existing coverage and assist with beneficiary or policy updates
- Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Build long-term relationships through consistent, qualified communication

This position combines customer service, member education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

- Be at least 18 years old
- Be physically located within the United States
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a computer or laptop
- Have reliable high-speed internet
- Have webcam and microphone capability
- Maintain a skilled remote workspace
- Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology
- Be willing and eligible to obtain the required state Life Health Insurance License
