Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced DGM/GM – Projects & Engineering to lead pharmaceutical greenfield/brownfield projects, engineering, utilities and maintenance for API & formulation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, commissioning and qualification.
- Manage API, formulation, injectable equipment and utility systems.
- Handle CAPEX, vendor management, technical evaluation, FAT/SAT and project timelines.
- Lead engineering & maintenance activities including HVAC, PW/WFI, pure steam, chillers, boilers, compressed air, nitrogen and vacuum systems.
- Ensure GMP,



US FDA/EU GMP compliance and support regulatory/customer audits.
- Review URS, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, SOPs, Change Controls and Deviations.
- Lead and develop Projects, Engineering, Utility & Maintenance teams.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering.
- 18–25 years of relevant experience in Pharma Projects & Engineering.
- Solid exposure to API/Formulation plants, greenfield/brownfield projects and regulatory audits.
- Excellent leadership, project management and vendor-handling skills.
