AO is seeking motivated, dependable, and people-focused individuals to join our growing virtual team as Virtual Intro-Level Support Specialists.

In this role, youll work with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits, answering questions, assisting with enrollment and policy-related needs, and providing ongoing client support.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and continued professional development.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Support Specialist, youll help create a positive client experience from the initial consultation through ongoing policy support.

Client Support Service

- Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
- Listen to client needs and answer questions professionally
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
- Help clients understand coverage and policy information
- Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
- Assist existing clients with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
- Provide ongoing policy and customer support
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation
- Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional service

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be physically located within the United States
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have a computer or laptop
- Maintain reliable high-speed internet
- Have webcam and microphone capability
- Have a quiet, professional workspace
- Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology
- Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life Health Insurance License
