Core Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Present the data and discuss the different probable representations that can be showcased to the client.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs




- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business questions and analytical needs
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Work with large datasets
- Monitor data quality and suggest improvements in data collection or structure
- Document analysis processes and create reproducible workflows
- Create documentation for all new process that are added to the workflow
- Training and transition of new reports

Hard Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas and the ability to write and edit macros
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc.)
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts
- Basic scripting skills in Python or R

Soft Skills:

- Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences & clients
- Time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Data science, Computer Science, Statistics or relevant experience

Shift:

- Rotational shift including night shift
