3-6 years experience in ITSM / IT operations process consulting (in-house IT or consulting).
- Working knowledge of ITIL concepts and common ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
- Experience with at least one ITSM platform (preferably ServiceNow; alternatives: BMC Remedy/Helix, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, Cherwell).
- Strong documentation skills: process mapping, SOPs, governance artifacts, stakeholder-ready communications.
- Comfort working with operational metrics and reporting (Excel and/or BI tools).
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
