What Youll Do Welcome Support Members

- Connect with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

- Provide a friendly, professional onboarding experience

- Learn about each members needs and answer questions

- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options

- Help members understand coverage features and available choices

- Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment

- Assist with beneficiary information and policy documentation

- Provide ongoing follow-up and customer support

- Maintain accurate digital records

- Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service

This position combines member service, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales with an emphasis on education and helping families make informed decisions.
