Role & responsibilities

1. Dewatering, de-weeding, and de-silting of lake beds.

2. Bund formation and bund strengthening of lakes.

3. Creating of walking tracks around the lakes as per the approved drawings and site condition.

4. Lagoon construction, silt traps, and idol immersion tanks.

5. Installation of RCC (NP3) pipes for inlets and outlets as per the levels provided in approved drawings/site condition.

6. Cleaning of all existing inlets and outlets.

7. Planting of native trees around the tracks and Wedelia plantation for bund slopes.

8. Maintaining of daily progress reports and diesel log sheet of machinery.

9. Allocation of works to hydraulic excavators in such a way to obtain maximum efficiency and productivity.

10. Maintenance of daily inward of materials and daily labor muster roll.

11. Benches and sign board installations as per approved drawing and site condition.

12. Maintenance of all log sheets of diesel purchase, materials, and labor on a daily basis.
